What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed via Xendit, our trusted third-party payment gateway.

We accept domestic and international cards, plus:

  • QRPH
  • Bank transfers
  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay
  • Cash on Delivery (available in select areas)
How long does shipping take?

We ship nationwide within the Philippines and internationally via DHL.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Provincial: 3–10 business days
  • International (DHL): ETA depends on shipment schedule and will be coordinated directly by our customer service team.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and local duties/taxes payable by the recipient.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email your tracking number. If you need help tracking, email asulphecomm@gmail.com or chat with us and we’ll assist you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, subject to:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Opened lip care products are non-returnable unless defective (for hygiene reasons)
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to asulphecomm@gmail.com
When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I start a return or exchange?
